One of our client a global engineering, technology, and consulting firm are looking to hire an AI leader who will lead their next phase of growth by shaping AI-led business transformation for enterprise clients.

What You Will Do:

As the Head of Capabilities – AI Solutions, Technology & Delivery Enablement, you will lead the development of our AI-led consulting and technology capabilities, helping enterprises accelerate their digital transformation journeys while strengthening our market differentiation.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with enterprise clients to understand strategic business priorities and architect AI-led transformation solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Define and build differentiated offerings across AI Transformation, Application Modernization, QA Transformation, AI Assurance, Intelligent Automation, and platform-led services.
• Collaborate with sales and client partners to shape strategic pursuits, develop compelling solution propositions, and convert high-value opportunities into long-term client engagements.
• Establish scalable solution frameworks, reference architectures, delivery playbooks, and reusable accelerators that enable consistent, high-quality execution across engagements.
• Bridge strategy, technology, and delivery by ensuring every solution is commercially viable, technically robust, and execution-ready.
• Build and mature organizational capabilities by fostering innovation, developing thought leadership, and enabling delivery teams with best practices, methodologies, and emerging AI technologies.
• Represent the organization in executive client discussions, industry forums, and strategic technology conversations to strengthen market positioning and credibility.

What We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Significant experience leading AI, digital, and technology transformation initiatives for large enterprises or global consulting organizations.
• A strong track record of developing enterprise solution strategies that address complex business challenges while delivering measurable outcomes.
• Deep consulting expertise with the ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Experience partnering with sales organizations to shape strategic pursuits, develop winning proposals, and drive business growth.
• Strong understanding of modern technology ecosystems, including AI, cloud, data platforms, application modernization, quality engineering, and intelligent automation.
• Proven success in building scalable capabilities, solution assets, reusable frameworks, and high-performing teams.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across business, technology, and delivery functions.
• A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and building organizations that are prepared for the next wave of AI-led transformation.
