We are looking for a Head Generative AI CoE for one of the fastest-growing Data & Analytics services and consulting organizations.

Job Location Bangalore/Chennai

Key Responsibilities

– Build, scale, and lead the Generative AI CoE as a strategic capability within the organization.

– Define and drive the long-term vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for GenAI across verticals.

– Develop scalable, secure, and ethical GenAI-powered solutions across use cases in marketing, customer experience, content automation, product design, R&D, and enterprise productivity.

Partner with sales, account teams, and clients to identify opportunities, define problem statements, and drive solution proposals.

– Stay abreast of evolving GenAI trends, tools, ethical implications, and use cas

Key Qualifications

12 – 18 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2-4 years in hands-on or leadership roles in Generative AI.

– Strong understanding of LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.), embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG, transformers, and foundation model fine-tuning

– Proven track record in delivering GenAI solutions to enterprise clients across sectors.

– Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
