Scouting for an experienced GenAI Engineering Manager for a global investment management firm who is ranked amongst the largest hedge funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of GenAI applications, solving complex technical problems while driving timely, high-quality project delivery.

• Understand the technical needs of diverse internal teams, evaluate emerging open-source technologies, and integrate them into scalable, production-grade systems.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• With 7–15 years of relevant industry experience, with a strong background in software engineering and AI application development.
• Proven experience in developing intelligent agents, integrating large language models (LLMs) into real-world products, and building GenAI infrastructure components (e.g., LLM_Gatways).

• Proficient in Python, Java or C++ with strong coding and debugging skills.

• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.

• Solid foundation in backend engineering, data structures, and algorithms.

• Deep understanding of LLM architectures (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude), fine-tuning techniques (e.g., LoRA, PEFT), and vector search tools (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone)
