Ambika is an experienced professional in the field of executive search and talent acquisition with close to 15 years of experience, particularly within the wide expanses of AI, Data, Analytics & Technology. She is considered as a horizontal search specialist and has been as a trusted consultant to numerous client organizations and C-suites across various industry sectors.

Given the rapidly growth of AI and Technology in recent years; she very well complements to the requisites of the industry with the vast network within the fraternity, and is hands- on in delivering effective results for any complex hiring needs. While, her primary focus been in India market although she has participated in a few global search assignments.

She was also the founding team member and had together built a market visible search practice – Rinalytics in India focussed on hiring leaders within the Data Space.

At CxSearch, Ambika has had the opportunity to witness the growth of a global executive search brand right from its formation to where it is today. She has actively contributed to the establishment of a few of its practices.

She holds a degree in Bachelors of Engineering, specialized in Industrial Engineering & Management from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
